Refunds & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your ReFavored order or if you change your mind within 28 days, you can return your product for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition as purchased, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. To return, please contact us and we'll help you organise your return.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return is posted for your refund to be processed.

Do you offer Exchanges?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer exchanges. If you would like another size or colour, please place another order and follow the returns process for the original order.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
If you believe our product is faulty, you can return this item free of charge at any time within our 6-month sustainable warranty. Simply get in contact with our Customer Service team at and they will be happy to honour your request.
